Once you’ve opened your files, you can go offline and work as normal. This will ensure that you have the most recent versions of your documents. The files will automatically be downloaded and cached in the Session. Before going offline, connect to a Studio Session and open the files you plan to work with. To open the most recent version of a Session file, you’ll need an internet connection. When you upload files to a Studio Session, Revu stores them in the cloud. Add any desired comments to the comments box and then click Check In.Right-click on the documents in the Pending Changes list and click Check In.Click the Offline button at the top-right of the Studio panel.Once you have an internet connection, you can sync your files to the Studio Project. While working offline, edit and save the document the same way you normally would.ĭon’t use the Save As or Export options, as they create a new version of the document, and any changes will not be synced with the version in the Project. Now you can markup and work with the files you have synced without an Internet connection. Alternatively, Revu will automatically switch to offline mode once the Internet connection is lost.
